So I feel like at the top of each forum there should be a stickied (i.e. always at the top) post explaining the basic premise and conduct of the posts that are meant to go there.
For instance, it is currently unclear as to whether or not the "Cool Programs" section is supposed to have one's entire program (or relevant sections) posted or if it should be instead just about what it does. A stickied forum post would make it easy to smooth out these bumps by acting as a FAQ for each section. I'd imagine they would take some time to finish pushing out, but it would also help prevent a forum clogged with "hi, what do here?". Self explanatory forum names do not do enough, as while they are helpful every so often one will be wondering about some fairly obvious aspect that is not directly stated.

Thanks a lot for this suggestion and to be so active in browxy.
I totally agree and I'll create that information that will make each of the areas of the forum more clear.
