Hello,

I cannot seem to access my folder anymore.
It's not grayed out. I opened the folder so it shows a yellow folder.
However, when I click on the drop-down arrow, nothing is showing.
Is there anyone else here who can help?

This happened to me today as well. I have tired many things but nothing seems to be working.
